Product Warranty shown:
All products sold by Euroluce are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
VAT and purchases from EU Member States:
For each order placed, Euroluce issues a regular invoice. For the issuance of the invoice, information provided by the customer upon ordering will prevail.

If an order is placed by a customer in a European Union member state (excludingItaly), VAT spin-off may be requested according to applicable regulations. The procedure is done automatically during the time of order. In this case there is the verification of the validity of a VAT number through the Inland Revenue Agency.
Acceptance of general terms and conditions of sale:
By placing an order, the customer declares to have read all the information provided at the time of purchase and to accept the terms and conditions of sale.
Delivery times vary from 10 to 12 days. This is with the exception of some hand-made items, for which the delays are obviously longer, for example, special hand-painted ceramics, Murano glass, etc., and the delay may be up to 20 days.
How to Buy:
Correct order reception is confirmed through an e-mail reply, sent automatically by the e-commerce system to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message shows the 'Order Number', to be used in any further communication with customer service. The message will include all data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections by sending an e-mail email@example.com.
Order cancellation and return of the goods:
The order can be cancelled by the seller or by the customer. Euroluce has the right to cancel orders at its discretion, communicate the decision to the customer by e-mail, and by simultaneously refunding payment.
If the customer cancels the order before the sending of the goods, the full amount paid will be refunded. If the order is cancelled after the goods have been shipped, the refund will be made after the goods have been returned to the seller. In this case, the customer will pay the expenses for the return of the product and the reimbursement includes the ancillary amounts paid by Euroluce.
Goods being returned must be sent to the address given above, which are the registered offices of Euroluce, through traceable courier, taking care to pack the goods with an additional protective box and without writing anything on the original product packaging, which must be received complete with all accessories and accompanying documents, as new. In case of damage to the packaging or product, reimbursement will not be implemented.
The goods remain the property of Euroluce until payment has been made, even in the case of cash on delivery without any down payment. The courier can only accept cash payments up to 500.00 Euro.

Am small charge may be requested for payment on delivery.
Delivery methods and expenses:
Deliveries are carried out with the utmost care, often adopting triple packaging. Special packaging suitable for marine transportation is used for Murano glass and similar products. In any case, Euroluce insures deliveries.
The goods ordered will be sent to the address provided during registration, or to an alternative address depending on the customer's specifications. In the case of purchase through Paypal, the delivery address must match the billing address.
"Standard" or "on appointment" delivery may be selected.
Euroluce always secures delivery. Any damage found on the products upon receipt, due to the transport or any other cause, will be covered by our insurance. We ask that our customer signal damage via e-mail and within 24 hours from receipt, and that they send one or more photos of the damaged product. In case of non-conforming goods, Euroluce will try to solve the problem in the shortest time possible. In this case, we request a photo of the label on the packaging of the product, from which we can infer the item code.
Liability and compensation:
Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation as well as any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to people and/or property caused by lack of acceptance, even partial, or an order or for a delay in the delivery of the ordered product is excluded. Liability for improper use of purchased products or for installation defects are excluded. Qualified personnel must install the lamps. The tools must be used in compliance with safety regulations.
Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Legal Decree 206 dated 09/06/05, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a person who buys goods for purposes not related to its profession), it is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need for explanation and without penalty, within 15 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The personal information requested for sending the order is collected and processed in order to meet the expressed requirements of the customer and will not, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties. Euroluce guarantees its customers the respect of rules on the processing of personal data covered by the Privacy Code referred to in Legislative Decree No. 196 dated 30.06.03. Any complaint must be addressed to Euroluce, Via Giuseppe Giusti 16-22063 Cantù (CO). For all legal disputes the competent court is that of Como (CO)ITALY.

Such information will be communicated only to the personnel carrying out such activities and will be disseminated only for the purpose of the service provided.
